Transition –
Transition from undergrad student to full time team member

Training –
KT Training as a Patent Engineer/Scientist:

• Patent filings, patent re-exams, research, etc
  (Salary range $70k - $125, depending on years 0 – 5)

Patent Bar –
Within 2 years, sit for the Patent Bar

Licensed –
Become a licensed Patent Agent ($92k - $255k)

Decision -
Decide on whether you wish to remain a Patent Agent or become a Patent Attorney. Either is fine for you at KT.

Law school –
If you decide to become an attorney, you will attend law school at night with the law school tuition reimbursement program.

Partner Track Associate or Team Attorney -
Following law school, transition to a Partner Track Associate or a Team Attorney (with a reduced hours track)

($160k - $305k Partner Track Associate, 0 through 8 years)

($120k - $235k for Team Attorney)

Kilpatrick Townsend Partner –
Ultimately end up as a KT Partner ($300k - $2MM, 8 – 20 years)
